I am at a lost of words right at the moment. Steal your face right off my head. He was truly a phenomenal artist and a musician's musician. Grateful Music thoughts and hearts are with his loved ones. Here is a post from his girlfriend on Facebook this morning:

I thought it would get this out there if I posted under Robbie's name...I'm Joyce Koller, Robbie's old lady, and yes, it's true - Robbie passed away this morning at his home.  His best friend, Mike Lewis called me, and I've spoken with the coroner, so this isn't just a rumor. His kidneys had failed, he'd just started dialysis.  We spoke on the phone last Thursday and he sounded great - he even said he'd be coming by. We've known this was inevitable - but you're never prepared for when it actually happens...I'm an absolute fucking mess right now. As soon as I calm down, the phone rings again and I have to say Robbie's dead, which starts me crying all over again.  I'm covered in snot and cat scratches - I have his cat, Mickey staying here, and it hates me. I just can't type any more - tomorrow I'll explain why we've been away from FaceBook...tomorrow would have been his birthday...I miss my baby....
