Phish Was Fuego all Tuesday Night With a Jam Filled Show Leaving Fans Cross Eyed

Phish Was Fuego all Tuesday Night With a Jam Filled Show Leaving Fans Cross Eyed
Holy Shit! The flavor of Tuesday's night donut was jam filled and Phish took the highest expectations and delivered a historic performance that will easily take its place among their greatest shows of all time. The first set consisted of five songs with a definitive 30 minute version of Lawn Boy as its centerpiece.
But obviously every tune was delivered with extra sugar. The “My Friend, My,Friend” was super creepy, while the” Stash” reminded of versions I danced to in the nineties. The set closing “Bathtub Gin” will take its place next to 1997 Riverport as one of the best Gins ever. The band along with CK5 was firing on all cylinders all night as the five wielded magic throughout the entire performance.
The jams bounced between ambitious and ambient all evening, while never growing predictable or boring. Did I get to the “Crosseyed and Painless” yet? I mean the second set. Get the Phuck out of here!
They opened with the appropriate “Fuego” and the rousing jam melted perfectly into “Thread” . I really enjoyed all three of the new songs that accompanied “Crosseyed and Painless” in the second stanza.
I stated after the first show this run would be full of historic versions of songs. Tonight produced “Lawn Boy” and yes the best “Crosseyed and Painless” ever played! I was at Big Cypress and I don't think I am playing prisoner of the moment. The jamming was unbelievably superior as they seemed possessed all night. They referred to Bob Marley’s I be Jamming during “Makisupa Policeman”, you goddamn right they were. The new tune “Tuesday” exploded as the fans lucky enough to be in attendance were going bonkers. On most nights a member of the band will step to become the M.V.P. Tonight ,they all were playing at the highest level and completely in sync.
They closed with a rousing “Cavern” and at the end of these 13 nights of Phishtory everyone will need a new pair of shoes. Four down and nine to go. Tomorrow night's flavor will most likely be No Phucking way, But what do I know, I am home watching the webcast. Bouncing between bliss, envy and at time anger! Until tomorrow night, don't take another step. Tonight's marvel is already reverberating thoughout the Jam world with Joel from Umphrey's giving props, as everyone should.
