Jimmy Herring sat in with Phil Lesh and The Terrapin Family Band in Boulder, Colorado. Watch both sets

Jimmy Herring sat in with Phil Lesh and The Terrapin Family Band in Boulder, Colorado. Setlist and Watch Video of both sets.

Jimmy Herring rushed over to the Boulder Theater after W.S.P finished at Red Rocks to join his friend Phil Lesh and his band. Jimmy and Phil have a long history making music together that started with Jimmy's historic run in Phil and Friends. "The Q" which also included Warren Haynes, Rob Barocco and John Molo was arguably the best incarnation of Phil and Friends. Herring also joined Phil in two different incarnations with The Dead. Herring showed up in the middle of the second set and sat in with The Terrapin Family Band for the remainder of the show. The highlight being "St.Stephen>Whole Lotta Love>The Eleven>St. Stephan". Thanks to Jambase watch both sets from the show. Phil and The Terrapin Family Band is becoming a musical force and their appearance with Bob Weir at Lockn' will be phenomenal. They will be performing the album Terrapin Station in its entirety.

Thanks to Jambase and Whodcapfit: watch both sets.
