Dead and Company played a show that deserves holiday in its honor.

Dead and Company played a show that deserves holiday in its honor.
I never been so happy to be so wrong. For the first time this summer Dead and Company played a show where everything seemed to be predestined. They  plated two beautiful sets of music and destroyed each gem with reckless beauty. Oteil was on fire and I loved his vocal arraignment for Cumberland. Every song was played with a comfort level that has only been hinted at so far this tour. John Mayer shined all night but especially during the the second set crafted full of mystery and sacred songs. " Estimated Prophet" gave way to Dark Stars, Terrapins, Morning Dews and fucking St. Stephens. Bobby has not sounded this good in years. I can't fucking wait to Boulder. This song it ain't never going to end.
