Bootsy Collins underwent surgery to remove a tumor that was in his ear drum this week and he already announced his next project. The famed bassist of Parliament Funkadelic plans on hurting my eardrums by making an album with Buckethead. (I joke) Although I have not been the biggest fan of Buckethead's busy playing in the past, I can't deny that he has an unlimited amount of talent. For this reason and how funky Bootsy is, this collaboration has a chance of being amazing. Bootsy's surgery went well and he is in good spirits. He is looking forward to getting his ears back. Here is his announcement on FB.

We here at Grateful Music are hoping that Bootsy continues to heal and are looking forward for this out of this world future project.
