Jackie Greene's Band delivers a captivating evening of music on night one at the cozy Glob Hall in Denver, Co. last night. Videos, Setlist and 411

Last night at the intimate Glob Hall which is tucked outside the madness of downtown Denver, Jackie Greene and his phenomenal band performed a bravura performance. This was my first time witnessing Jason Crosby as a member of the band. The result was nothing short of outstanding, as his talents flushed out Jackie's brilliance on several occasions throughout the set.

One drawback from playing such a tiny concert hall was Jackie's B3 Hammond could not fit in any door. The pros easily outweighed the only con, especially since Jackie took over Jason's seat at the keyboards on a stretch of coveted tunes. Crosby beautifully painted each song  with his mandolin to great ends. The faithful at the Globe Hall were treated to several underplayed favorites while also receiving inspired versions of the Grateful Dead's "He's Gone" and a smoking "Scarlet Begionas" to end the eventful evening.

We will of plenty of more coverage after tonight's much anticipated sold out show at the same venue. Enjoy the videos Grateful Music took last night. Also we streamed the first four songs of the show on our Facebook wall. by Kevin Long
