Voodoo Dead continued their two-night residency at The Hamilton last night and treated the sold out crowd with two sets of beautiful music. Special guest Papa Mali joined the most interesting group of musicians assembled to celebrate Jerry Garcia's music since Kimock's GD50 tour. Kimock is joined by Deadicated musicians Jackie Greene, Wally Ingram, Oteil Burbridge, and Jeff Chimenti. I have already listened to this gem twice. The "Gamorroh" in the first set will give you a lump in your throat. Just as the "Help>Slip>Hey Pocky Way" will have you dancing. Enjoy the audio and I can't wait for more from this band beyond description.
