Umphreys McGee announced a New Zonkey Track and Free Chucktown Ball Stream

New Zonkey Track Released & Free Chucktown Ball Stream

Surprise! "Life During Exodus", the second track off our new mash-up album ZONKEY, drops today, six weeks before street date. Hope that is OK with you. The original mash-up blends "Life During Wartime" (Talking Heads) + "Exodus" (Bob Marley) + "City of Tiny Lites" (Frank Zappa) + "25 or 6 to 4" (Chicago) for an aural party AND disco (despite what David Byrne tells you).

Check out today's Wall Street Journal write up featuring "Life During Exodus."

Anyone who pre-orders the album, or has already done so, gets the track instantly delivered to their inbox alongside "National Loser Anthem" which dropped earlier this month. Good things come to those who pre-order! Snag on UM MerchUMLive, or iTunes. The "Life During Exodus" pin by Wren Design is also available now in limited quantities as part of the ZONKEY official pin series.

Umphrey’s 2nd Annual Chucktown Ball is underway in Charleston, South Carolina. If you can't be here with us in person, we invite you to tune in from the comfort of your couch for a FREE live stream of the event powered by TourGigs, or on-the-go through Qello Concerts. The stream starts at 8pm ETwith Moon Taxi kicking things off tonight and The Floozies on Saturday.
