A Jury ruled the intro to "Stairway to Heaven" was not stolen.

A los Angeles jury decided Led Zeppelin did not steal the intro for thier iconic classic "Stairway to Heaven". Page, Plant and bassist John Paul Jones all testified in the case, casting great anecdotes about the orgins of "Stairway to Heaven."
Zeppelin won this round but the lawsuit claimed Led Zeppelin had a history of ripping off works by other songwriters and had settled at least six other copyright cases. So I guess they won this battle. However, it looks like they might be considered as losing the war.
