Pink Floyd released "Dark Side of the Moon" 43 years ago today.

Pink Floyd's iconic record "Dark Side of the Moon" was released 43 years ago, today. This masterpiece has a special place in almost every human who took L.S.D.or loves music. But, it holds a very special place here, at Grateful Music. It's was voted the greatest album of all time according to our March Madness tournament, two year's ago. This year we will crown the best song writer ever. Also, as a Phish fan with a grey beard, I still recall losing my Phish Halloween ticket at the black jack tables. (Warning: L.S.D. and casinos often do not end well).  Penniless and shut out, my crew pushed our journey to include Utah. While most of Phish tour skipped the historic show, instead traveling straight to Colorado. The Band that rewards thier fans for going the extra mile, covered the historic record the show after Halloween. One of Phish's greatest gags and shows, also turned myself into a Gamehenge character, if only for a night. The album is held sacred by those of us who have life figured out. We at Grateful Music wish "Dark Side of the Moon" a Happy Birthday.
